Chronology of cameras Zenith Camera Corp.

Zenith Camera Corp. manufactured cameras in Chicago during a time when the city was better known for Galter productions, which were marketed under various brand names. While plastic was commonly used for those miniature cameras, Zenith Camera Corp. preferred stamped metal to produce rudimentary box cameras. The technical features of these cameras were extremely basic: fixed focus, no aperture control, and a single shutter speed without a bulb mode.

__________

This metal box camera features a two connectors socket for a dedicated and synchronized flash. This flash socket and the front plate differentiate the Vu-Flash from the Sharp Shooter.
